The addition of cherries from the Traverse Bay in MI prior to fermentation brings a bright tartness together with the Cherry Wheat in combination with the crispness of an American Wheat Ale.

Pumpkin Spice Latte features a Munich Dark malt and Melanoidin malt which creates walnut-like and light honey notes. The Flaked Barley creates a full mouthfeel.

Blueberry Cobbler is deceptively complex outing that features bready malts the dryness of fermented blueberries, light vanilla and blueberry aromatics. Strong, yet the flavors play well together.
A widely interpreted style that has its roots in the tradition of blending beers at the tap, porters are regarded as the first English ales with great followings. The modern Porter ranges from brown to deep black with ABV just as variant.

The fresh aroma of mint greets you as you raise your glass to your lips, while the taste of dark chocolate dances on your tastebuds, before finishing with the unforgettable combination of mint and chocolate. Holding true to the Northern English tradition, the Decadent Dark Chocolate Ale at its foundation has a nutty profile with a round mouth feel. Added is a Chocolate Extract consisting of three blended chocolates of varied depth. The result is a rich, but not overtly sweet experience for both the beer and the chocolate enthusiast.
Originating in 17th century England, Brown Ales were held most dear in Northern England after WWII. The Brown Ale influence could also be seen in some early American Colonial brewing. Malty nut flavors tend to be more prevalent in the Northern English style, whereas direct malty sweetness tends to lead in the southern English versions.

Pink Gang IPA is a woman-powered brew, crafted to celebrate the hard-working women in our community. Clocking in at 6.3% ABV and 49 IBUs. This beer is brewed with this year’s Pink Boots Society proprietary hop blend,  which was selected by woman leaders in the industry at the Great American Beer Festival. The blend features HBC 638, El Dorado®, Ahtanum®, and Idaho 7®, The result? Berry and citrus punctuated with peppery earthiness and floral notes. A portion of sales from Pink Gang IPA will be donated to Pink Boots Society, a nonprofit that aims to assist, inspire, and encourage women and non-binary individuals in the fermented/alcoholic beverage industry to advance their careers through education.
